Hot Virginia Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 T milk
  • 5 oz. dried beef (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 Tsp. garlic
  • 4 tsp. dried onion
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • SAUTEED PECANS
  • 2 T margarine or butter melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Top with sauteed pecans. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Serve warm with bread or crackers.

Sauteed Pecans
Sautee over med. heat until lightly browned. Pour over top of dip and bake.
