Ingredients

  • Pasta should be the size of a fist
  • Ice cream should be a portion of a hand with fingers closed, not a fist
  • Butter should be in a portion of your pointer finger top part
  • Meat should be in the portion of your palm, this is about 3 oz
  • Peanut Butter should be in the portion of your thumb, the top part.
  • Cheese should be in the portion of your pointer and middle finger the bottom two sections.
