Onion Crusted Chicken

  • 6 chicken breasts, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup margarine melted
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 2.5 oz can fried (Durkee) onions crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4" thickness. Sprinkle with pepper. Combine margarine, Worcestershire sauce& mustard. Dredge chicken in mixture & coat with crushed onion rings. Arrange chicken in 13 x 9" baking dish. Top with remaining onion rings & drizzle with remaining margarine mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min.
