Hot Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 - 12.5 ounce can premium chunk white chicken breast in water
  • 1/3 cup coarsley chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno pepper juice

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth the cream cheese and the soup.
Stir in the canned chicken, chopped jalapeno peppers and juice.
Spoon into a lightly greased 8 inch baking dish.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top is browned and bubbly.
Serve with corn chip scoops or tortilla chips.
