  • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  • 1/4 CUP WATER
  • 1/2 CUP OF LEMON JUICE OR BROWN VINEAR
  • 1/2 TEASPOONS SALT

2 LBS OF BEETS (DRAIN JUICE FROM CAN OF BEETS)
MIX ALL LIQUID AND SEASONING
FOR 5 MINUTES OR BRING TO BOIL
