Ingredients
- 2 cups of macaroni
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 1 Tablespoon of flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- a dash of pepper
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 cups of grated American cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni in 2 guts. Boiling water (salted) about 10 minutes or wait until tender. Drain . Pour macaroni into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat. Blend in flour. Add seasonings and milk, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Remove from heat, stir in grated cheese. Pour sauce over macaroni until macaroni is coated with sauce. Bake in 350 degrees F. oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
