Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sugar (divided use)
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 2 8oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1 20oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4-5 medium bananas
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 4oz. packages of vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 cups cool whip
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and the butter. Press mixture in a 9x13 pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup of sugar. Spread over the crust. Top with pineapple. Peel and slice the bananas and arrange over the top.

Make the pudding using 2 cups of milk. Gently stir in 1 cup of cool whip. Spsread over bananas.

Sprinkle with pecans.

Refrigerate for 5 hours.

Slice bananas over each serving
