Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 3/4 oz.) pink salmon
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Drain and flake salmon in a medium bowl. Combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, parsley, and garlic salt; blend well. Shape into eight burgers (salmon mixture will be moist). In a large skillet, heat 1-2 Tbsp. oil and cook over medium heat until both sides are brown and heated through.
