Apple Vinaigrette

This is a really great recipe for all seasons

Ingredients

  • 1 granny smith apple, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 T. oil
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 T. honey
  • 1 t. sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 t. sage
  • 1/2 t. kosher salt
  • 1/4 t. black pepper
  • 1/3 c oil

Preparation

Step 1

Saute apple in oil for five minutes. Remove from heat and add to blender.
Add cider vinegar, honey, sugar, sage salt and pepper. Slowly as blender is running add oil.
Chill and serve.
