Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 1/2 - 3 pound pork tenderloin
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2 - 3 green onions chopped
- Mix until smooth.
- (as an option, you can make extra marinade and save on the side to use as a sauce instead).
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and marinate pork several hours, turning occasionally.
(you can put it in a ziplock bag).
Place on grill. Grill until the pork reaches 165 degrees. Place on a plate and tent with aluminum foil for 10 minutes.
