Ingredients
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 2 c water
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/2 c each diced carrots, celery and onion
- 3 c diced chicken
- 6 oz cooked orzo
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan add water and broth and heat on med low
meanwhile in a large saute pan cook vegetables in olive oil over med high stirring frequently 5-7 minutes
add chicken, vegetables and orzo to the broth
simmer 5 minutes and serve
