Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cps boiled elbow macaroni
  • margarine
  • 1 tbp flour 400 deg
  • s & p 20 min.
  • 2 cps milk
  • 1/2 lb velvetta

Preparation

Step 1

Melt 2 tbp margarine in medium saucepan. Stir in flour, s & p. cook 1 min. Slowly stir in milk, stirring until smooth.
Add velvetta ( cut up) Stir until melted
Put macaroni in 2 qt casserole dish, cover with sauce and stir. Bake
