Ingredients
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- /14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Cook mushrooms, onion abd spices in chicken broth until soft. Process in blender until well pureed. Shake together milk & cornstarch until dissolved. Cook & stir until thick. Stir in veggie mixture.
