Spinach & Stuffing Balls

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farms Herb Stuffing
  • 2 - 10 ounce packages chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 6 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Roll into 1" balls.
Can be frozen.
Bake for 20 minutes in a 400° oven.
