Bread Amish Style

Not sure if it classifies as an AMISH recipe, but it turned out a fairly decent loaf of bread. I used a bread machine for this.

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water (use a thermometer, 110 degrees)
- 1 Tbsp lard or cooking oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pk. dry yeast
- 2 3/4 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first five ingredients until yeast dissolves.
Add to machine, then add flour on top. Bake as per your normal settings for white bread.
