Ingredients
- 6 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 4 tb butter
- 1 " fresh ginger, cut thinly
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 3 tb onions
- 1 tb honey
- 1 tb lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
1) Cook carrots until tender. Melt butter in frying pan and sautee ginger, garlic, and onions. Add honey, lemon juice, carrots, and stir.
