Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 1 C. Bisquick mix
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/3 C. milk
- Whipped topping
Preparation
Step 1
Stir strawberries and ¼ C. sugar.
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Stir bisquick mix, 2 T. sugar and milk until soft dough forms. Drop by 4 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Split warm shortcakes; fill and top with strawberries and whipped topping.
