Ingredients
- 5 lbs red potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 slices bacon
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 c sour cream
- 1 T sale
- 1/4 c parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Cut potatoes in four and boil until soft. Drain out water and place in mixing bowl, adding butter.
Fry bacon, cut into small pieces. It will crumble after cooling. Add bacon to potatoes and mix well smashing some potatoes (not all). Add cheese and sour cream. Sprinkle parsley over top.
