Ingredients

  • 6 cups crisp corn or rice cereal (Chex)
  • 3 cups thin pretzel sticks
  • 3 cups oyster crackers
  • 2 cups roasted peanuts
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp hot sauce (Tabasco)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 250. In a roasting pan, combine cereal, pretzels, crackers and peanuts. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, Worcestershire, Old Bay, lemon juice, and Tabasco. Pour butter mix over cereal mix and stir until completely coated. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Transfer mix to 2 baking sheets to cool completely.
