Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
• 3 cups sugar
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 graham cracker pie crust
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 8 oz. package cool whip
• 1 cup cherry pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold cool whip, blending until well set, at least 4 hours. Spoon cherry pie filling on top.
