Ingredients
- 3/4 lb bonelss skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 2 med carrots, sliced
- 2 celery ribs(or use any combination of frozen veggies in place of carrots and celery)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 5 cups water,
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 pkgs (3 oz each) ramen chicken noodle soup OR Lipton Soup Secrets extra noodle chicken
- Frozen veggies as desired
Preparation
Step 1
- Cook chicken, onion and garlic in coated sauce pan until chicken is done
- Add water, seaoning packets and veggies; simmer until veggies are done (15 - 20 min for raw veggies)
- Add noodles and cook as directed on packages.
