Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound boneless roast beef (chuck or round roast)
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Wrap roast in tin foil with one envelope of onion soup mix. Cook at 250 degrees F for 5 hours. Do not add water, cooks in own juices. Once roast has cooked, break apart lightly with two forks and then add back to juices.
