  • 1/2 Banana, Cut Into Chunks
  • 1/3 Cups Soy Protein
  • 1/2 Tsp Flaxseed Oil
  • 1/4 Cups Fresh Or Frozen Blueberry's
  • 1/2 Tsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Psyllium
  • 8 Oz Water
  • Crushed Ice

Preparation

Step 1

Put all into a blender and set on high. As it is running add the crushed ice - about 1 cup.
