Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz.) Can Mushroom Stems and Pieces
  • 1/4 Stick Margarine, melted
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. Parsley
  • Paprika
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Tart Shells

Preparation

Step 1

Fry mushrooms in margarine for 5 minutes. Blend in flour. Add milk; cook until thickened. Add parsley.
