    (4 oz.) Can Mushroom Stems and Pieces

  • ¼

    Stick Margarine, melted

  • ½

    Cup Flour

  • ¼

    tsp. Dry Mustard

  • Pepper to taste

  • ½

    tsp. Parsley

  • Paprika

  • 2

    Cups Milk

  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Tart Shells

Directions

Fry mushrooms in margarine for 5 minutes. Blend in flour. Add milk; cook until thickened. Add parsley.
