Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 1/4 lb Brussels sprouts
- cilantro, coarsely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat; add garlic, cumin, and salt and cook 2 munites. Stir in brown sugar, lemon juice, and pepper flakes. Toss with Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. Roast at 450 degrees until tender, 18-24 minutes. Toss with torn cilantro.
