Chicken White Chile

Ingredients

  • Saute the following:
  • 2 chicken breasts...cooked
  • 3 cans Northern beans
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 2 14 oz cans chicken broth
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 diced onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 2 tsp cumin

Preparation

Step 1

Add sauteed ingredients to beans, meat and broth mixture. Cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours. Add 3 cups Monterey or Colby Jack cheese-cook 15 min longer.

Top with spoonful of sour cream.
