Ingredients
- 1 box Chic 'n Biscuit crackers (crushed)
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 2 20 ounce bags frozen corn (thawed)
- 1 20 ounce bag frozen broccoli, thawed
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all vegetables. Mix cracker crumbs and butter; measure out and set aside 1/2 cup of crumbs. Mix remainder of crumbs into vegetables.
Pour into a greased casserole. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
