Broccoli and Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 box Chic 'n Biscuit crackers (crushed)
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 20 ounce bags frozen corn (thawed)
  • 1 20 ounce bag frozen broccoli, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all vegetables. Mix cracker crumbs and butter; measure out and set aside 1/2 cup of crumbs. Mix remainder of crumbs into vegetables.

Pour into a greased casserole. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
