Ingredients
- 1 slices cooked chicken or 1-2T diced
- 2 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
- 1 T broccoli -- chopped & cooked
- 1 dash garlic powder
- basil or dill to taste
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
eason inside of bread with olive oil.
Layer chicken, cheese; sprinkle with broccoli pieces.
Add a dash of garlic powder and seasonings.
Cook about 4 minutes till browned.
You can also substitute ham instead of chicken.
