Ingredients
- 1 white cake mix
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 ounces coconut
- 3 egg whites
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 can of cream of coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Mix above ingredients and put in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Poke holes in cake. Pour half a can of cream of coconut over cake. Let cool. Cover with remaining half a can of cream of coconut and then Cool whip. Let set for 24 hours in refrigerator.
