Ingredients
- 2 lbs tilapia fillets
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- cooking spray
- butter
- 16 tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 avacado, sliced
- 2 green onions
- salsa
Preparation
Step 1
Rub tilapia fillets with lime juice and season with spice mixture. If cooking in oven spray with cooking spray, if on grill put pat of butter in with fish, close in tin foil. Preheat grill for medium heat. Grill tilapia on preheated grill about 10 minutes.
