Summer Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. box rotini noodles
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 3/4 C. Italian dressing
  • 1 C. cubed cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles according to directions. Rinse in cold water. In large bowl add noodles and vegetables. Pour on dressing and add cheese. Stir. Cover and chill in refrigerator 3 hours.
