Favorite Fish Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tartar sauce
  • 1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 lb cod fillets

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a baking sheet.

In a large bowl, stir together the tartar sauce, yogurt and salt. Spoon half the mix into a small bowl to use as a dip.

Spread the breadcrumbs on a large plate.

Cut the fish crosswise into 1/2 inch wide sticks. Add the fish sticls to the large bowl with the yogurt mix and stir gently to coat. Dip the fish sticks in the breadcrumbs one at a time and turn them over until they are coated on all sides.

Place on baking sheet. Bake about 15 min
