Ingredients
- 20 oz. pkg. frozen corn
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw corn. In a saucepan add corn, cream, salt, pepper, sugar and butter. In a small bowl, whisk milk and flour until smooth and stir into corn mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring often for 25-30 minutes or until corn is cooked and mixture is thickened.
