Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (3 cups) dry roasted peanuts (unsalted or likely salted)
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine the ingredients. Stir with a spoon.

Pour the oiled peanuts into a food processor. Process until very smooth.

Store in fridge up to 2 weeks.
