Ingredients
- 1 (2-lb.) London Broil
- 1 (1.25-oz.) Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 (4.5-oz.) chopped green chilis
- 1 can refried beans
- 12 flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 cups shredded monterey cheese
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 chopped plum tomatoes
- 3/4 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Trim meat and rub seasoning over meat. Place in slow cooker with onion, vinegar and green chiles. Cover and cook for 9 hours over low heat. Remove meat, reserving cooking liquid - shread meat and put back in pot. Stir well.
Put meat and beans on flour tortillas and garnish with tomatoes and cheese.
