Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans salmon, flaked
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons capers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped fine
  • 3 dill pickle spears, seeded and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced fine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise, approximate
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard, approximate

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Adjust mayo and mustard as needed for desired moistness of salad. May use more or less salt depending on saltiness of capers.
