Ingredients
- 2 cans salmon, flaked
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
- 3 tablespoons capers, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped fine
- 3 dill pickle spears, seeded and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced fine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise, approximate
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard, approximate
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Adjust mayo and mustard as needed for desired moistness of salad. May use more or less salt depending on saltiness of capers.
