  • FISH FILETS OR WHOLE FISH
  • SALT
  • PEPPER
  • CAJUN SEASONING

Step 1

MIX CORN MEAL WITH ALL SEASONINGS. PUT IN LARGE ZIP LOCK BAG SHAKE EACH PIECE OF FISH UNTIL WELL COATED WITH MEAL MIXTURE. FRY UNTIL FLOATS IN PEANUT OIL at 350. SPRINKLE WITH SALT WHILE STILL HOT.
