Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kroger® Frozen Mirepoix Blend
  • 1 leek
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 3 cups Kroger® Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups Kroger® Vegetable Stock
  • 12 Private Selection™ Argentinian Red Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  • 10 ounces frozen, raw fish of choice
  • 1 package (16 oz.) Private Selection™ White Wine Mussels (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Preparation

Step 1

Clean and thinly slice leek; soak in water 2-3 minutes to remove sand, then drain.
Add oil, mirepoix, leek and garlic to programmable pressure cooker and set to sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add all ingredients except mussels, cook for 7 minutes on manual setting; use quick vent to release steam.
Prepare mussels according to package, then divide into bowls.
Ladle stew over mussels and serve.
