Fillet of Sole with White Grapes

Ingredients

  • 2 sole fillets
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 24 seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Generously butter a shallow pan. Arrange fish fillets in the pan. Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Add mushrooms and saute until softened. Add grapes stirring gently. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Spoon over the fish and tent with foil. Bake aprox. 20 min or until fish is flaky and sauce is heated through.
