Ham and Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 30 oz hash browns cubed or shredded
• 1 T dried minced onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 8oz sour cream
• 1 can cr of chicken soup
• 2 c shredded cheddar
• 2 c chopped cooked ham
• 1/4 c butter, melted
• 1 pkg stuffing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Spray crockpot
Add all ingredients and sprinkle stuffing mix over
Cook LO 5-6 or Hi 2-4
