This is the filling for the Key Lime Meringue Cake

Ingredients
- 1 14oz can non-fat sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lime juice, preferably Key lime
- 1 tsp freshly grated lime zest, preferably Key lime
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk condensed milk, lime juice, and zest in a medium bowl until combined. Refrigerate until thickened, at least 30 minutes or overnight.
