Ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup low fat vanilla frozn yogurt or ice cream
- 8 ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the orange juice, yogurt, and ice cream in an 8 cup glass measuring cup or pitcher.
Use a long handled wooden spppon to stir the orange juice mixture until the ice cream melts.
Put two ice cubes in each of 4 glasses.
Divide the shake mix evenly amont the four glasses.
For a frozen shake put all ingredients in a blender.
