Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 ripe mango, cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 cups low fat milk
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the strawberries, mango cubes, and milk in the container of a blender. Whirl on high until smooth.
Add the yogurt. Whirl another 20 seconds.
Fill drinking glasses with ice cubes.
Pour smoothie over ice.
Serve cold.
