Ingredients
- 1/4 c butter, soft
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t Italian seasoning
- 1/2 t dry mustard
- 4 tilapia filets
- 1/2 t coarse salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- lemon wedges for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400
In med bowl, mix butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and mustard until well blended. Place fish on a rimmed, foil lined baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; spread with herb butter. Bake 10 min until tilapia is opaque throughout. Garnish with lemon wedges
