Pork with potatoes

Great way to cook a pork roast and potatoes in the oven

Ingredients

  • Pork roast
  • Grill seasoning/ Grill Mates Mccormick
  • Yellow new potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line shallow baking pan with foil; set aside. Rinse pork loin and dry. Place pork in lined pan and rub with 1 tab of canola oil. Sprinkle pork with spice to taste. Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Place potatoes in large bowl and toss with one tab of cooking oil, sprinkle seasoning over potatoes and toss. Place potatoes around pork. Roast 35-45 minutes until pork is done( 145 degrees) and potatoes are tender. (Cover let stand 3 minutes)
