Ingredients
- 3/4 c milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c bread crumbs
- 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp ground thyme
- 4 haddock fillets
- 1/4 c butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine the milk and salt. In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs, cheese and thyme. Dip the fillets in the milk, then press in the crumb mixture to coat. PLace the fillets in a glass baking dish and drizzle with the melted butter.
Bake on the top rack of the oven until fish flakes easily, about 15".
