Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb) beef tenderloin roast
- 3/4 c soy sauce
- 1/2 c melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Put roast in a shallow glass baking dish. Pour soy sauce and melted butter over the roast.
Bake for 10 minutes, turn over and bake another 35-40" or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F (medium)*, basting occasionally. Let rest 10" before slicing.
*Cook longer or shorter time depending on your taste preference.
