6 Week Fridge Bran Muffins

Ingredients

  • Combine:
  • 2 cups All Bran
  • 2 cups Boiling Water
  • Mix Together:
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 5 cups flour
  • 5 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 quart buttermilk
  • *May add raisins or dates

Preparation

Step 1

Stir in 4 cups Bran Flakes and above mix. Store in covered container in fridge up to 6 weeks. Bake @ 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
