Ingredients
- MEATBALLS:
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Small Onion, chopped fine
- 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 Pounds Ground Turkey
- SOUP:
- 1 Quart Organic Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Spinach Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
- 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preparation
Step 1
Meatballs: In a bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Lightly fry in coconut oil.
Soup: In a large pot add all soup ingredients. Add the meatballs and bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered for 10 min.
*Kid option: serve with elbow pasta
